Refund Policy

First payment — 7-day guarantee

If Quant Ladder isn't right for you, email support@quantl.app within 7 days of your firstpayment and we'll refund it in full — no questions, no forms. This applies once per customer, to the first payment on your first subscription.

Renewals

Renewal payments are generally not refunded — cancel before renewal from Settings → Billing and access simply runs to the end of the paid period. If you forgot to cancel and contact us within 72 hours of an unwanted renewal without having used the product since that renewal, we'll refund it as a courtesy.

How refunds are paid

Refunds go back to the original payment method via Stripe, usually within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.

Team & University licenses

Cohort licenses are governed by their order form. By default, unused seats are refundable pro-rata within 30 days of purchase.

Statutory rights

Nothing in this policy limits any non-waivable statutory rights you hold in your jurisdiction.
