How does the 3-day free trial work?

Every new Pro subscription — monthly or quarterly — starts with a 3-day free trial. You enter your card at checkout but aren't charged until the trial ends. Cancel any time during those 3 days from Settings → Billing and you pay nothing. If you don't cancel, the plan starts automatically. One trial per customer.

Why is the quarterly plan the default?

Because interview preparation runs in cycles, not months. Most candidates prepare for 8–12 weeks; one quarterly payment covers the entire cycle at roughly $19.67/month versus $29/month billed monthly.

What exactly is free?

The full timed mental-math trainer, daily streaks, basic progress stats, and 5 question-bank problems per day. No credit card required.

What does Pro unlock?

Unlimited access to the adaptive question bank with hints and worked solutions, the market-making simulator, and full progress analytics across every category.

How does Team & University pricing work?

Team licenses are priced per seat with volume discounts and invoice billing. Tell us your cohort size on the teams page and we'll send a quote — usually within one business day.

How do I cancel or switch plans?

From Settings → Billing you can open the Stripe customer portal to switch plans, update your card, or cancel. Access continues until the end of the period you've paid for.

Do you offer refunds?

Refunds are handled case by case — there's no blanket money-back guarantee. One firm rule: the 3-day free trial is your evaluation window, so forgetting to cancel before it ends isn't grounds for a refund on its own.
